Event Duration FEEs:
- Private or group events that go beyond their time will be charged a $50 fee and $50 for each $15 minute interval beyond the designated time. Events are typically booked back to back and late departures can affect the next group from starting on time.
- Example: If a 90 minute private event is booked at 2:00 pm then all games, eating, drinking, and gifts should be completed by 3:30 pm.
Private Event Cancellation:
- Cancellations prior to 72 hours are subject to a full refund or reschedule of the event
- Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to $100 fee.
- Cancellation request within 24 hours of the event are not subject to a refund.
- Refunds will be process back to the payment method on file.
weather:
- Wolf Pack Laser Sports will make every reasonable effort to operate our normal schedule but the safety of the staff and players are the utmost importance.
- Wolf Pack Laser Sports reserves the right to reschedule an event due to inclement weather. (Heavy rain, high winds, thunderstorms, heavy snow...etc.)
- Players affected by delays/closures due to weather or "acts of god" will have their tickets refunded or the opportunity to reschedule.
Event Area:
- All gym equipment other than equipment within the designated playing arena are off limits.
- No running!
- Jumping or climbing on the equipment is prohibited.
- No eating or drinking in the game arena area.
- No chewing gum allowed during game play.
- Remain 5 feet away from players at all times.
- Players or bystanders that do not abide by the rules or staff, can be removed from the game and premises.
Waiver:
- All players must have a completed waiver on file before being allowed to participate.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early before the scheduled event to check in.
PLAYERS:
- Anyone under the age of 16 MUST have a parent or guardian present during the entire event.
- Minimum age to play is 7 years old.
- Maximum age to play is 200 years old!
- Physical or verbal aggressive behavior will result in expulsion from the arena a premises.
Equipment:
- Accidents happen and we understand that but purposeful damage or intentional neglect to the equipment will be billed to the person or guardian if under age, or charged to the card on file.
